Incompetent Private Investigator (I.P.I or IPI) is a comic of mine that I'm currently working on.  Before I post any pages, I thought it would be good to explain some of the details of it. The Setting The story takes place in 1940s California.  The setting is the fictional city of Harlborough, somewhere around Middle-South California. The Style Since it's the 1940s, everyone will be wearing clothes from this era.  Rather than a specific year, though, I'll be using clothes/hairstyles from all 10 years, since it allows me to mix things around with designs.
